My life is rooted in the belief that when we come from a place of love and compassion, many things are possible. I’m a big believer in authenticity and realness – it will take you places imitation never will. I have a passion for words, and find myself lost within them often. My heart is within work with teen girls, empowering and uplifting them through yoga and self-love (do check out www.girlvanayoga.com). I live and breathe connection, and co-created www.theconnectioncorner.com as a space and a platform for sharing people’s raw & unfiltered stories – we gather, we open up, we laugh, we empower. I am a creative, a woman, a deep feeler, a story teller, a listener, and an ever-changing human here for this ride called life.
